We share photos and a brief update from the First Saturday Prayer Meeting in March at Naju Shrine.
Despite the late winter cold, priests, religious, and pilgrims offered barefoot sacrifices, prayed the Way of the Cross, and participated in the sacred First Saturday liturgy.
🍒Testimonies of Graces Received
through Our Lady of Naju (Abundant Fruits)🍒
Sister Christina (Prayer of Life Group) was diagnosed with lymphadenitis and advised to undergo cancer testing. After receiving prayers from Mama Julia and offering it through turning her daily lives prayer at the Naju Shrine, she was completely healed.
Through the grace of the Naju Shrine, she also experienced healing from a bee sting, frostbite, and athlete’s foot while praying the Way of the Cross, with no recurrence. Despite a strong family history of cancer, both she and her mother received healing, leading her to deeply realize the powerful grace of Naju.
John Park from Jeonju suffered from sinusitis but was healed without surgery after using the Naju Miraculous Water. He also experienced healing in his eyes and a significant improvement in eyesight, no longer needing glasses. In addition, a boil on his head disappeared after prayer at the Naju Shrine, leading him to realize the grace of Naju.
Testimony of Nonna: After her first pilgrimage to Naju, she repented and changed her life, realizing God’s and the Blessed Mother’s love. During her family’s crisis, she entrusted everything to the Blessed Mother of Naju and began living as a “little soul” with Mama Julia in her heart. Despite ongoing health difficulties, she continues to serve with gratitude, believing Mama Julia’s love has sustained her.
Testimony of Angela (Protestant): While studying in the U.S., she learned about Naju, practiced "Turning daily lives into prayer," repented, and changed her life. Through Mama Julia’s prayers, her family was healed: her mother recovered and returned to church, and her father was baptized and stopped drinking, restoring family unity. After pilgrimage, her Protestant husband began studying the Catholic faith, and her sister—who had suffered severe depression and family issues—also improved greatly, leading her to recognize God’s mercy and the grace of Naju.
Testimony of Maria Lee: At the 10th anniversary of Our Lady of Naju’s weeping tears, she witnessed several extraordinary signs, including the Eucharist turning into living flesh and blood and the descent of the Holy Eucharist, and heard Mama Julia foretell a coming national tragedy.
Amid severe marital trials caused by her husband’s infidelity, she chose sacrifice and perseverance, inspired by Mama Julia’s suffering. In time, the relationship was restored, the other woman left, and her family was preserved. She believes these events and the healing of her family were made possible through the grace of Our Lady of Naju.
Through the Holy Rosary offered with candles and uplifted arms, earnest prayers were made so that all who love Our Lady of Naju throughout the world may, even amid persecutions and trials, faithfully practice the Five Spiritualities and offer everything graciously, thus walking the shortcut to Heaven.
Mama Julia has been offering intense sufferings especially during this Lenten season. In particular, she has been offering reparation for sins of impurity, homosexuality, and abortion. She has also offered up severe physical pains, including headaches, nausea, dizziness, impaired vision, and fluctuations in blood pressure, as well as sufferings for those who struggle with binge eating.
As she offers all these sufferings graciously for us, we trust in this love and believe that those who respond with “Amen” will receive the corresponding grace of healing.
Let us all put on the armor of the Five Spiritualities, entrust everything in our lives to the Lord and the Blessed Mother, and practice these spiritualities so that we may all enjoy eternal happiness in Heaven on the last day.
