The Naju Shrine, the Holy City Personally established by Jesus and the Blessed Mother!

The Significance of Free Will that God allowed

Praise be to Jesus! Praise be to the Blessed Mother! Nice to meet you.

Today is the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Jesus shed His Precious Blood multiple times on the Blessed Mother’s Mountain. Today, on this commemorative day when Our Lord poured out the most of His Precious Blood and Water, even to the last drop without reservation, infinite blessings will descend upon all of you who are gathered here. The Lord and the Blessed Mother are happy to see all of you who are gathered here.

On August 15, 2007, we walked the Way of the Cross praying the Rosary. During the fifth decade of the Rosary, we entered the Adoration Chapel of the Precious Blood to pray in there. As you know, three stones stained with the Precious Blood are enshrined inside. After we entered, I saw a light strongly radiating, from which the Infant Jesus appeared, continuously growing and transforming into the 33-year-old Jesus.

It was during a retreat for youth, so there were an immense number of people gathered (domestic and international), including the retreatants. All of them also gathered around the Adoration Chapel of the Precious Blood while reciting the Rosary. Then the 33-year-old Jesus began to give His blessings to each of them while turning around.

When He gave us His Blessings, a lot of light poured out of His hand, by which I fell down and entered into an ecstasy. At that moment, I didn’t breathe at all. Archbishop Bumbun who was present, checked my pulse and breath by laying his hand on my wrist and neck.

In the ecstasy, I saw an incredible number of devils of obscenity. While there are various types of devils in the world, these lascivious devils are particularly aiming to bring this world down. They induce impure thoughts in people, preventing them from overcoming their carnal desires, leading them into sinful acts by each other. Watching people succumb to their trying to climb higher and dominate others, my heart began to ache so much.

Upon witnessing such scenes, Jesus, asked, “Isn’t there anyone who will lower me from the Cross?” In this way, every time people commit sins, Jesus is nailed to the Cross. Therefore, we should pray for those who engage in such behaviors. How is the world at present? Numerous events are unfolding in various places.

Currently, there was a wildfire in Hawaii. Hawaii has often been referred to as a paradise on Earth, right? Yet, who could have imagined that the people living in Hawaii would face such wildfires, losing their homes and even their lives? Now it is inevitable that God is to send down chastisement upon the world. However, when looking at us, little souls, He delays it. Nowadays, people go on a vacation to avoid the summer heat, but here you are in Naju.

The Blessed Mother has said that miracles of the most sublime and pure love, unseen and unheard since the beginning of history are being granted here in Naju Shrine. The Naju Shrine has been established by Jesus and the Blessed Mother, not by any humans. Therefore, the Lord and Blessed Mother have come here and now are right by your side.

However, when we hear certain words that conform to the will of the Lord, we must respond with “Amen” and move forward. Many years ago, a layman came here from abroad. During the time, Jesus and Mary called him through me, to become a priest. He was quite wealthy, belonging to an upper-middle class family. Though he was unmarried, he was already of age then.

When he heard the Message about his calling to the priesthood, he immediately responded with “Amen,” went back home, got rid of all his property, made donations, and became a priest. Thus, if the Lord and Blessed Mother call us, we should respond with “Amen” and follow that path. At that time, Jesus and the Blessed Mother called three men, and told them through me, to become priests.

Whereas one man became a priest, the other man, though he aspired to attend a seminary to become a priest, ultimately did not enter. As for the third one, I supported him as far as I could, sending him to a seminary, which also cost me a lot of money, but he failed to become a priest. However, I have no regrets. I had wanted him to become a priest who would exactly resemble the Lord and Blessed Mother Who have appeared and are present in Naju. But we must avoid excessive pride.

As we work for the Lord, the devils torment us in various ways, attempting to sever us from the love of Jesus and the Blessed Mother. Most reasons that priests return to a secular life and that seminarians leave seminaries are because of women. It’s not easy for priests to faithfully walk the path of their vocation.

However, Fr. Aloysius Chang wasn’t swayed at all, though Archbishop Andrew Choi tried to placate and coax him persistently. When Fr. Luke Song was in charge of Naju parish, he went so far as to say to me, “Because of you, Julia, Fr. Chang’s priestly faculties will be removed.” He threatened Fr. Chang and me like that. Despite all this, Fr. Chang never surrendered; he remained steadfast in his faith and has since gone to Heaven. So, it is not that easy for us to go to Heaven.

Now, all of you gathered here have come to Naju because you have a longing for Heaven. If you live according to the Messages of the Lord and the Blessed Mother and practice the Five Spiritualities without turning back, you will ascend to Heaven on the last day and enjoy eternal happiness by Jesus and the Blessed Mother’s side. You are here now, seeking Jesus and the Blessed Mother Who have appeared in Naju, and you pray as such. Then, how pleased Jesus and the Blessed Mother must be with all of you!

At Naju Shrine, unprecedented amazing miracles of love unseen and unheard since beginning of the history are being performed. However, right now, the devils are using various schemes through priests to topple Naju. But Jesus is never defeated by the devil. The children of light are never led into darkness. But, we must remain vigilant. Even a momentary lapse could make us turn back.

So, no matter what temptations we may face, shouldn’t we go to Heaven where Jesus and Mary are leading us? Jesus said, "Even when a dangerous crisis befalls you and you are unable to do anything about it because of its suddenness while working to make My Mother and Me known, We will surely rescue you and sustain you as a people who never yield their integrity even under adversity.” So, now as we are walking this path, Jesus and Mary will rescue all of you from every hardship you may encounter.

I am too unworthy and trivial to speak before all of you like this. I've so far encountered countless moments of death and times of dying since my childhood. But God revived me from death, granting me life again and again. Dear all, when you read it (daily reflection “The Little Soul’s Life Prepared by the Lord,”) you should realize it (His intention). Jesus permitted me to face various trials to see how I would respond. However, that was not only to see it but also to refine me in the furnace. So, even if we might not have practiced the Five Spiritualities until now, we can start anew from this point forward. Dear all, you can do it.

When the Blessed Mother said to me, "Make your life known," She meant that you should also choose the path of “Semchigo,” accepting with “Amen” and offering up everything. No matter how difficult things are, we should accept everything bad as “My fault,” not as “Your fault,” praying “the Prayers of Life.” Through the Five Spiritualities, She is calling us to go to Heaven.

Indeed, I am always unworthy, always so! However, all I can do is my best. You also can do your best. We don't know how much longer we will live with the remainder of our life. But if we earnestly follow Jesus and the Blessed Mother, Who have appeared in Naju, without turning back, and practice the Messages of Love from Jesus and Mary as they are, living out the Five Spiritualities, then on the last day, we will surely enjoy eternal happiness in Heaven.

So, let's not blame others from now on. Of course, there are situations where we are not at fault. However, when something bad happens, please think, "It happened because I was there..." and consider it as “My fault.” Before Jesus revived me from death, I couldn’t even drink water or defecate for about 7 to 8 months. Also nothing to defecate. Imagine living such a life. How do you think I was living?

Many people complain, saying they suffer a lot of pain even after having one surgery. But while not being able to eat at all, I still did all the household chores and raised my children. Also in that state of having cancer, I brought the mother of my mother-in-law who was 96 years old to my own home to look after her. I carried her on my back. But it was not an easy deed for me. I felt like I would die but I kept saying, "I can do this! I can do this!" So, carrying her on my back, I would make a round trip from my home to the bus terminal, and later back home. I would massage her. Living with her was incredibly joyful. I couldn’t have been happier. To me, she was so lovely.

Nowadays, people find relationships with "in-laws" quite challenging. Yet, when my mother-in-law said to me, "No one wants to look after my mother. What should I do?" I responded, "Then I will take care of her." The very next day, she brought her mother over and just dropped her mother outside and she left, without even entering to check her mother’s room.

However, I didn't think, "Oh, how can she bring her birth mother who is over 90 years old here and just leave like that?" I thought, "She's probably busy." We always have to think positively. So many people tend to think negatively. There's no benefit for yourself at all if you think negatively. We should always think positively.

So, when we wear black glasses, everything looks black, when we wear blue glasses, it looks blue, and when we wear yellow glasses, it looks yellow. But instead of putting on such colored glasses, let's instead see correctly. Then we can take the right path. We must not judge and criticize by human thinking. The Lord and the Blessed Mother never want that.

Starting October 7, 2000, Jesus and the Blessed Mother began to give me Special Phenomena on my bodily fluids. I said, “Never reveal this to anyone else before I die.” I requested it earnestly as if it were my will (leaving before death). However, “PD Notebook” (a slanderous TV program) became aware of this and even distorted the facts and aired it. At first, the “PD Notebook” staff had approached us, saying that they would make Naju known in a very nice way.

At that time, there was a Naju pilgrim who was a journalist named Romulo. So, we spoke with him. He said they should never be allowed to come. I told him, "Oh, how wonderful it is, because they said they would help make Our Lady of Naju known to the whole world." We thought it to be so. However, he said, "Absolutely not." The staff of the program already came, however, ultimately making such a TV program full of tremendous falsehoods. How could they do such a thing? They committed tremendous sins.

So many people had been receiving graces at that time, but due to the TV program, how many people stopped coming to Naju! Even a person who had been healed through the Naju Miraculous Water, upon seeing the program, smashed a big bottle filled with the Miraculous Water, believing the false claims from the TV program that the Water was contaminated with germs. In fact there is no bacteria at all. So, those who accept Our Lady of Naju are blessed. But if someone can't accept it even after being healed, there is nothing we can do about it.

God has allowed human beings free will, but there are times when even God regrets of it. However, since free will has already been permitted, God does not take it back. Due to the misuse of free will, we can commit many sins, but if we live according to the Words of Our Lord and Our Lady Who have appeared in Naju as they are, we will undoubtedly enjoy Heaven on the last day.

Let us never lend an ear to other words. The flower of evil looks beautiful. However, people cannot discern it well. During the “Camp of Love,” I talked about a person who had come to Naju in a wheelchair. Many of those who were present at that time are here today also, right?

His parish priest said to that person in the wheelchair, "Weed the yard as a penance for your visit to Naju." Then, he came to me for advice after having a worker pull out the weeds in his place. He thought, “Should I go to Fr. Paul at the monastery in Gwangju? Or should I go to Julia Kim? Or should I go to Fr. Pio Cho?" He first thought of visiting Fr. Pio Cho for a confession so that his parish priest who had given him such a challenging penance might be scolded by Fr. Pio Cho. But eventually, he came to me.

I didn't know that he had already made a worker weed the yard for him, so I said, "If the priest told you to do a penance, you must do it. If the priest told you to pull out weeds, then you must." He replied, "What! How can I do it with my condition?" He was disabled, confined to a wheelchair. But we must never be greedy. If we try our best, satisfied with whatever the Lord grants us, we will then have chosen the path to Heaven.

On that day, after hearing my advice, he said that he had received abundant graces as if he couldn't even carry them all. As I felt pity for him, I helped him a lot after that. He kept coming because he loved Naju so much, but at some point, he stopped coming. Then suddenly, he started asserting that he also was receiving Messages. I’m not sure if some of you here might have visited him. He was a disabled man, unable to even move his feet, and he claimed to have received the Stigmata.

Actually, there are many people like him. It was a bigger reason why I prayed to Jesus to give me the stigmata invisibly. When he claimed to be receiving the Stigmata, numerous priests, nuns, and faithful went to see him, without being able to discern properly, even renting big buses for a certain period of time. Many priests and nuns visited the location.

Such false seers have always tried to involve me, Julia of Naju, in their work. They even claimed that we collaborated with each other, though they had never contacted me at all, even claiming that I had visited their homes. He (the disabled man) also made similar claims.

Then, someone who had visited him asked me to take a look at the messages that he asserted he received. As for me, before reading others’ messages, I always start with a prayer and open them randomly. Then, the errors come out. When I see them, I know what kind of errors they are. Upon a closer look, the messages were harshly criticizing a certain monastery. Really inappropriate language was used, some things that should never be said. Jesus and the Blessed Mother would never use such words, even if some wrong deeds were done. So, I just prayed. Then, at some point, his alleged apparitions faded away.

Indeed, the flower of evil looks beautiful. So, if we are not spiritually awake, we can't discern it. That's why it's important who we follow. All of us are now together with our priests, Fr. Su and Fr. Alexander, following the Lord and the Blessed Mother Who have appeared in Naju. If we live Their messages as they are, we will never stray from the right path.

The Gwangju Archdiocese claimed that they have a document stating that Naju is not true. So, when we asked them to reveal it for public scrutiny, they couldn't make it public because it does not exist. They've told many lies like that. A well-known priest in Seoul also did so. There was one lady, a wife of a university professor, who received tremendous graces in Naju. Her high school daughter, who was not good at studying, came here and was changed a lot, even later receiving scholarships.

They wanted to offer up the scholarship money to the Blessed Mother. Then they gave it to Fr. Spiece. But when that famous priest in Seoul visited their home, they testified in front of him, "Oh, we went to Naju and received graces." Then the priest replied, "No, Naju is not true!" So, they asked, "Why?" He said, "Because they rubbed pig's blood on the Blessed Mother's statue!"

He even lied to them, claiming that there was a video of me sitting before Mother Mary's statue in the Chapel, confessing, "I'm sorry. I rubbed pig's blood on the statue. But they refused to believe it. Then, he went so far as to say that he had that video tape as well. Who could imagine that a priest would lie to such an extent, even claiming he had that video tape? So, another priest asked him to show the video. Of course, he could never show the video since it did not exist. Some nuns belonging to a convent fabricated lies to an extreme extent and even coaxed a certain woman to create more falsehoods together with some priests against Naju. 

So, instead of wavering at others’ lies and turning back, if we participate in prayer meetings here, follow the Messages of Love given by the Lord and Blessed Mother Who appeared and present in Naju, and practice the Five Spiritualities, we can avoid falling into such traps and go straight to Heaven.

This world is in pitch darkness, and people won’t accept the Messages with their hardened hearts. The Lord has shown me this darkness so many times. It is complete darkness. But what does darkness signify? The deeper the darkness, the closer the dawn. However, if we go astray, we may face destruction. Yet, as long as we remain awake, and if only at least this number of pilgrims gathered here right now stay awake, God will not send down chastisement upon the world.

I mentioned that the cup of God's wrath is held high in God's right hand. When God looks at this world, it's so chaotic and messed up, like the time of Sodom and Gomorrah, that He can hardly bear to look at it. Whenever He is about to let go of His cup of wrath, the Blessed Mother tightly holds onto it, saying, "Oh, please wait a little longer. Please don't pour it down now." Recently in Hawaii, there was a massive wildfire, many people died, and there were many refugees due to the disaster.

Exactly whenever such disasters take place, the cup of wrath that God was holding high had been poured down upon those places. So, we never know what events will happen when and where. However, it will be alright if we only stay awake. It’s because if we only stay awake, even if we die or live, we will enjoy eternal happiness by Jesus' side.

So, let us always accept everything as “My Fault” with Semchigo as if we received love, and live a good life, offering it up graciously. Even if we are persecuted, if we always practice Semchigo as if we received love, and practice the Five Spiritualities, we can live with joy in abundance, always enjoying with the Lord and Blessed Mother.

When I was diagnosed with cancer, sentenced to death, there was no way for me to be cured. I heard that currently, morphine can be injected to terminal cancer patients every two hours as a last resort. But back when I had cancer, there was nothing like that. As it was so difficult for me, I thought I'd try taking some painkillers just to alleviate the pain a bit. When I went to the hospital, they refused to prescribe any painkillers, saying that such things wouldn't work for me at all. So, I came back home and crawled around, working, and when the children saw me, I stopped crawling. I just smiled. And when my husband Julio came back home, I didn't crawl. I sat up and even stood. So, he didn't know about my cancer.

I had not even been able to drink water for 7 to 8 months. Then, how long must that period have felt? Such pains generally make it difficult for people to endure it even one month. But because I practiced Semchigo as if I were receiving love, I could continue living. I thought, “Yes, l will practice Semchigo as if I were being loved, doing my best for my children, for my husband, for my mother, until the moment I die.”

My mother had lived a difficult life for my sake, refusing to get remarried. So if I died, I was worried first about my mother, and second about our children if I were to die. What would happen to my children without me? Then, I couldn't accept the truth that I was going to die soon, so I kept pleading with the doctor to help me survive. But he refused to give me even a single painkiller. Even without taking any painkillers, I cooked meals for my family by building a fire with wood.

Even under such conditions, I continued to make fresh Kimchi for each meal for my husband, Julio. Where could that strength possibly have come from? You have been joining the daily reflection “The Little Soul’s Life Prepared by the Lord.” I believe that the Lord made it in this way for your sake, so He is telling you, through the story of my life, to live such a life. Therefore, I believe the life I have lived has not been lived by me. Even now, when I look back on that time, I am encouraged, “Is there any difficulty that I cannot overcome?” Now, dear all, let's do the same. How wonderful it is that we are gathered together here in Naju! As we come together in the Love of Jesus and the Blessed Mother!

As Peter Kim explained a bit earlier, today is the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Mother. I believe She showed us such an image showing us that we may be born anew in Her womb during Her Assumption, renewing us. It's like the image of a uterus, right?
And there is rainbow color all around it. As we magnified the image, we found all the colors of the rainbow in it; red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet! And on top of the red, there was violet again. Rainbow is good, isn’t it?

So I wanted to share the love of Jesus and the Blessed Mother with you through this. So, some people might say, “Wow, it’s really amazing.” But unless they see it in person, some people might say, “Couldn’t that be fabricated?” What you saw today is a photo, but it moved a lot by itself.

I talked about it earlier but I'm sorry that I switched topics. Since 2000, oil has appeared on Yool-si-naek (*Julia’s bodily fluids) and I have filtered it through a filter paper occasionally. Recently, in July, the oil immediately appeared, so I thought, “Oh, shall I try to keep it from now on?” And later it began to show such various images and colors.

All the blood in our body comes from the heart, circulates, and finally goes out through the kidneys. I heard that 96% of the liquid is water. So the heart and kidneys are connected together. I thought to myself, “Oh, Jesus and the Blessed Mother said that They are giving me this as a Sign of Their special love that they are living together within me.” These days, even more, I really feel it, “Oh, this is how Jesus loves me so much.”

The life I live is not my own. However, I also feel disappointed and discouraged once a while. Every time that happens, I go to Confession. Then, I say, “I can do it! Father, I will do my best.” What I can say with great confidence is that Jesus and the Blessed Mother are always with you and love you. So They want you to do your best.

If we can put into practice every spirituality we have learned in Naju up to now as they are and care for everyone with love, Jesus and the Blessed Mother will be right by our side, not at a hailing distance from us. They always live within us and will work various special miracles of love for you. That's why the Lord and Blessed Mother have performed countless miracles of the most sublime and purest love here in Naju. So, listing all of them in detail would be immense.

“What even the prophets and kings of the olden days wished to see but did not see and wished to hear but did not hear, you have all seen and heard, haven’t you?” Jesus and the Blessed Mother said so. We have seen and heard them, haven’t we? So, let's always enjoy joy, love, and peace fully within the love of Jesus and the Blessed Mother. No matter how much devils of division try to knock us down and separate us from the love of Jesus and the Blessed Mother, let's realize, “Ah, it’s the work of the devil!” right away and start anew. Thank you.

On August 15th, 2007, in the Adoration Chapel of the Precious Blood, Jesus blessed us, and the Blessed Mother sent Her blessings upon all of you. May you receive all the same blessings today and be healed in soul and body. Therefore, even though we haven't lived well until now, let's start anew from today on. Amen! Thank you. Let's do our best. I love you. I love you so much. I love you with my whole life. Although I am unworthy, I desire to take responsibility for you and lead you to Heaven.

Let's go to Heaven together and enjoy eternal happiness at the side of Jesus and the Blessed Mother. Thank you.
