Praise be to Jesus! Praise be to the Blessed Mother!ย My name is Rosa Kim. I was baptized as an infant. However, I lived my faith believing thatย God was a frightening figure who would punish me whenever I sinned.

Later, I married a husband who was not a Catholic, and conflicts arose with my in-laws. Living with my in-laws, I found myself isolated as the only daughter-in-law, especially since my sisters-in-law and mother-in-law formed a tight-knit group. I could not even receive comfort from my husband. Because he was often away for work and spent money without consulting me, our life became very difficult, exhausting, and emotionally draining.
At that time, since I did not know about the Five Spiritualities of Naju, I experienced deep despair in my life. Later on, I returned to the Church, resumed parish life with devotion, and served actively, but the conflicts with my in laws were never resolved and remained as my ongoing cross.
But I had a heartfelt dream. When someone asked me, I would boldly sayโeven though I didnโt know howโthat my dream was to go straight to Heaven without passing through purgatory.
One day, a senior member of the choir mentioned Naju. Still, I wanted to see it with my own eyes. I longed to meet Jesus, and while listening to Mama Juliaโs words through a video, my heart was deeply moved.
Finally, in July 2017, I was embraced in the arms of Our Lady of Naju. I wondered, โWhy did it take so long for You to call me to Naju?โDuring the pandemic, I did not know much about Naju, but I tried to practice the Five Spiritualities.
After my pilgrimage to Naju, I returned home and deeply bowed to my husband, asking forgiveness for the ways I had caused pain to my in-laws. After that, every little thing about my husband became so lovely to me!
People around me say I look so happy and ask if I am that much in love, even saying that love is dripping from my eyes. That is how much my wounds have been healed, and as Mama teaches us, I have gained the strength and courage to live a new life of resurrection.
As Mama Julia said, love echo returned to me. My husband began to changeโhe joyfully saw me off at the door when I go to Naju pilgrimage for the first Saturday and Anniversaries. Although my husband is still not a Catholic, I have faith. I believe in theย promise that through Mama Juliaโs suffering and gracious offering, not only I, who come on pilgrimage to Naju, but my whole family will be saved. Amen! ๐
I also struggled to overcome the loneliness and pain of being isolated, but through learning from and experiencing Mama Juliaโs lifeโwho loves even her enemiesโI was able to forgive the hurts caused by my mother-in-law. All my wounds were healed.
It wasnโt only about family issues; I also experienced grace in financial matters. I was running a store, and during the process of transferring ownership, I prayed fervently to Our Lady. Then my youngest sister-in-law decided to take over my store.
Even though she asked for a significant discount, she delayed payment and still owed ten million won (approximately USโฏ$6,900). I felt that money was precious, and I held the firm conviction: โI must receive it!โ
However, without discussion with me, my husband decided to forgive the debt. I was so upset that I went to Naju for the First Saturday and spoke to Jesus: โJesus, I really feel that this money is precious. I want to get at least some of it back.โ
Then Jesus gave me this inspiration: โConsider all of it with Semchigo as if it has been given to you.โ Amen! Without hesitation, I said, โYes, Jesus! I will offer it up with Semchigo!โ and I surrendered it. And I counted it as offered.
A recent event illustrates this further. My husband had worked in the financial sector and had a substantial severance package. He invested it to run the store, but because of COVID, it completely failed. I had been trembling over โฉ10,000,000 (approximately USโฏ$6,900), but imagine my shock when the loss amounted to nearly โฉ400,000,000 (approximately USโฏ$276,000)!
But I practiced Semchigo as if I had offered nearly โฉ400,000,000 (approximately USโฏ$276,000) to Jesus, and also with Semchigo as if it were still in the bank, and as if it had been used for a good purpose. Through this, I was totally able to forgive and understand my husband.
Truly, without the Five Spiritualities, could such a life have been possible? Although I am still very lacking, through the Five Spiritualities, I have been able to understand and forgive my husband without resentment.
Next is the healing of my physical body. While serving in my parish choir, I suffered from severe jaw pain. When I went to the orthopedic clinic, the doctor said it was a temporomandibular joint disorder, advising me not to yawn widely and not to talk too much.
But since my childhood, I believed that praising God was my talent and my calling. So the thought of not being able to sing was unbearably difficult, and I desperately longed for healing.
After I began my pilgrimages to Naju, I met Mama Julia up close. She gave me a kiss and I said, โAmen.โ Within a few days, my jaw joint was completely healed. Now I joyfully sing as a choir member at the Naju Shrine. I am so happy and so filled with joy.
I also suffered from plantar fasciitis, which would not heal no matter what treatment I tried. I had extracorporeal shockwave therapy and used shoe insoles, but the pain was severe and constant.
One day, while receiving the Eucharistic blessing during the Thursday Holy Hour on Naju YouTube at home, an idea suddenly came to me: โIf I show my foot to the Eucharistic Jesus, might it be healed?โย
So I held my foot up in front of the Blessed Sacramentโand instantly, the pain disappeared. That moment of healing made me feel I could not help but give glory to God.
Since then, I have had no pain at all. I also experienced swelling and itching, but after applying Naju miraculous holy water, they were completely healed, and even the skin was perfectly restored without any scars.

Now, if I have one hope, it is to live a holy family and, together with my relatives and family, enter the Lordโs Kingdom, because I have received the key to the direct path to Heaven from Naju : The Five Spiritualities! Although I am still inexperienced and often give trouble because I have not fully let go of my ego, I will strive to live out the Five Spiritualities!
I give all glory to the Lord and Our Lady for the graces granted through Mama Juliaโs suffering and her life of the Five Spiritualities! I will strive to faithfully live, practice, and share the Five Spiritualities!
