Message on January 23, 1993
Despite my pain, I approached the statue of the Blessed Mother, who had shed tears. With a heart united with the Pope, bishops, priests, religious, and all the volunteers of the Blessed Mother of Naju worldwide, I paid homage to Jesus and the Blessed Mother in Heaven, and began praying. At that moment, a light shone from where the Blessed Mother’s statue was, and the statue transformed beautifully. Then, I heard her gentle, kind, yet sorrowful voice.
THE BLESSED MOTHER : My beloved daughter! Thank you. Because of your beautiful heart and devotion, I bestow my blessing upon all of them. I want you all to stay in my peace and become instruments of peace with all your neighbors. How numerous are false prophets these days! They have fallen into the devil's deception and are spreading all kinds of disguised words, claiming them to be messages from me.
That way, they are confusing my children, thereby even trying to dilute my messages. This causes me much pain. You will also be persecuted and criticized with all kinds of preposterous accusations. Despite such misunderstanding, have no fear, but offer up everything to me with trust and follow me.
Daughter! I am always with you. Then, what are you so afraid of?
The devil is violently attempting to even mobilize my priests to drive my messages into a whirlpool of confusion; terrifying threats are pressing down upon the world; the moral decay of humanity worsens with each passing day; and thus, the hours of apostasy and disloyalty have drawn near and reached the brink of the precipice. This destruction is being brought about by humans themselves.
Because they are not following the Lord's Words and my messages of love, many chastising warnings are falling upon them— earthquakes, floods, droughts, traffic accidents, fires, hunger, disease, major destructions, many kinds of environmental pollution, abnormal climates… Even so, they do not stay awake, making my Heart burn and burn so much that I shed tears of blood.
Daughter! Let's pray more fervently for the human race which is bringing about its own destruction and for the Church and the Pope. The whole human race must convert in a hurry, before it cries out in fear.
You will be persecuted in the wounded and divided Church, but you should offer up this painful hour of death agony well. I want all of you to stay in warm kindness to each other and in prayers of deep silence. Thus, respect the dignity of humans and help those who have nothing through the practical act of love instead of helping the lofty, and find and give love to those who are poor, hungry and sick, and become their friends.
Prepare a shelter where you can welcome those who wander around and suffer; give clothes to those who have no clothes; give warm and merciful parental care to the handicapped; and give comfort to those who have been hurt.
Who could imagine your inner pains that feel like bleeding? But follow me, keeping in mind that the Lord, with His love, is preparing an abode of sacred joy and satisfaction for you in the Heavenly Garden. I will always be at your side and encourage and help you. So, do not lose hope, but entrust everything to me. Take care. Good bye!
When the Blessed Mother finished speaking, the light also disappeared, and her appearance returned to that of the statue. Then, atop the fragrant oil that had been flowing since November 24, 1992, more oil began to stream down. “Mother! With the fragrant oil that you exude, cleanse the filth of the world and purify it.”
