The Victorina couple diligently served at the Blessed Mother’s House in Naju and received many blessings, including healing, spiritual sanctification for not only themselves but also their children in unity as a holy family. There are too many to list in detail so let me briefly mention some. When Victorina was so sick that she could not get up at home, she would even crawl to the Blessed Mother’s House in Naju and be healed.

Knowing this well, her husband would say, “Victorina, visit the Blessed Mother’s House.” While she helped me, she gently touched me. From that moment, she would feel strength returning and by the time she went home, she would be completely revitalized. Seven years earlier, Victorina had a small lump in her breast, about the size of a grain of millet, which grew to 3 cm. One day, she saw a TV program about breast cancer. Realizing the symptoms were identical to her own, she underwent a biopsy and was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.

Without telling her husband or children, she prepared for death, offering herself up entirely to God as she had learned through serving by my side: 

“Whether I am to die, I belong to the Lord; whether I to live, I am the Lord’s. Let Your will be done.” However, with deep repentance, she asked the Lord for forgiveness, received prayer from me three times and was completely healed. Moreover, a boil-like condition that had burrowed into her skin since childhood also cleared up as she visited the Blessed Mother’s House.

For five years, she suffered from tooth decay and periodontitis, which caused her gums to loosen completely and her cheeks to swell, making it difficult not only to eat but even to speak. However, while looking at the Signs displayed in the Chapel—Tears, Tears of Blood, Fragrant Oil and so forth—and listening to the volunteer’s explanation, she received the grace of repentance. She admitted that, although she had been volunteering at the Blessed Mother’s House, she had pretended to understand the Signs, even though she did not fully comprehend them, because of her pride. That day, holding her painful cheek, she listened to the entire explanation of the Signs and repented of her arrogance.

At that moment, she was healed and her teeth, which had been so painful that she could not drink cold or hot water, were thoroughly restored. Later, Victorina became discouraged by thinking of her mistakes and faults while claiming to serve and she had once decided to leave the Blessed Mother’s House. But suddenly, she experienced severe abdominal pain and blood discharge, discovering it was uterine cancer. At that time, I said to Victorina, “Where would you go if you leave? Only into the Blessed Mother’s palm. The Lord and the Blessed Mother can make us perfect but They also allow us to make mistakes so that we may be humble. Awaken quickly,” and I embraced her.

Victorina once again repented in tears, sought forgiveness and completely gave away her ashamed self to the Blessed Mother, responding with “Amen.” Then, the bleeding stopped, and she was completely healed. The grace even extended to Victorina’s husband, Victorino. K had once said that if they went to the Blessed Mother’s House in Naju, Victorino’s business would completely fail.

Contrary to those words, his groundwater development business, which had been stagnant for five years, began to flourish after they started visiting the Blessed Mother’s House. The work poured in so abundantly that it became a joyful challenge, pushing him to his limits. Victorino also contributed to the development the Miraculous Water Spring when the Lord and the Blessed Mother granted the Miraculous Water at the Blessed Mother’s Mountain.

On one occasion, while Victorino was working on developing a groundwater source, a steel screw that was rapidly spinning and drilling through rock broke and flew off at bullet-like speed, striking his chest before he could even dodge it. Ordinarily, this would have undoubtedly split his chest in two. However, in an incredible miracle, the screw struck the plastic cross on the Scapular of the Blessed Mother of Naju that he was wearing and deflected away. Victorino was completely unharmed.

How could a screw, sharp and powerful enough to drill through bedrock and flying at bullet-like speed, fail to penetrate a thin, small piece of plastic? The Blessed Mother spread her mantle and completely protected him from this sudden and life-threatening danger. Grace continued to extend to their children as well. When Victorina first came to the Blessed Mother’s House in Naju, not only was her eldest son healed but her second daughter, who had an intellectual disability caused by a loss of motivation, was also healed.

When Victorina and I went to the Blessed Mother’s Mountain, her daughter, who had accompanied us, played in the area where the Miraculous Water was flowing, splashing around and having fun. At that moment, her symptoms, which could not be cured at the hospital, were completely healed and they said, “The troublesome daughter has transformed into a lovely daughter.” Seeing their daughter, who had become a completely new person, the couple was overjoyed. After her healing, the daughter, though just an elementary school student, began helping her mother with household chores—cooking, doing laundry, and washing dishes—earning the deep affection of both her parents.

On Teacher’s Days, she gave rosaries as gifts to her teachers and even brought her friends to the Blessed Mother’s House, sharing explanations and evangelizing. Through the miracles of amazing love, the entire family was completely healed. Filled with joy, Victorina testified, “By praying with faith and fully trusting in the Blessed Mother of Naju, the Blessed Mother completely renewed our family, creating something from nothing!”
